You will start on an internship basis, but we welcome you to dive right in—as any valued team member would—and immerse yourself in the world of technologies. You’ll be part of Team DUG, working closely with our passionate HR team members to learn about the art of recruitment and human resources, growing into a competent human resource specialist.

List of Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting Recruiters in talent search across countries and regions to uncover best available talent.
  • Establishing a good understanding of our competitors and building market intelligence and talent mapping to identify high potential candidates.
  • Collecting market research data to support DUG recruitment strategies and to help share market insights to the team.
  • Working closely with Recruiters to understand recruitment needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring plan.
  • Administering end-to-end recruitment admin activities – maintain recruitment related trackers and folders, responding to candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinating job advertisements internally and externally – (Job boards/social media). 
  • Coordination with our Applicant Tracking System’s support team (Freshteam) for all queries includes system updates, issues, or new features roll-out. 
  • Supporting University engagement activities.
  • Provide general HR support across the offices.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and related duties as and when required.
  • Comply with the Company’s HSE regulations and policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Organised, attention to detail, and able to produce accurate work.
  • Motivated to complete assigned responsibilities within set deadlines.
