List of Responsibilities:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR processes/programs including but not limited to administration of staff movements (relocation/resignation/termination of service), compensation, benefits, leave management; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and
engagement; occupational health and safety; and training and development. - Assist on background checks and employee eligibility verification through 3rd party service provider, and ensure completeness of check results.
- Assist to facilitate onboarding of new hires.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist to tracks and document mandatory and non-mandatory training, continued education and work assessments. This may include training related to technical skills,
safety, corporate governance, etc.. - Contribute to continuous improvement of HR business process and document management processes, and ensure HR’s full compliance with ISO requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
