List of Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance of background checks and employee eligibility verifications through 3rd party service provider
- Facilitate onboarding and probationary review/feedback process ensuring strong culture and job assimilation
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute end to end HR process/programs including but not limited to administration of staff movements (offer of employment/relocation/resignation/termination of service), compensation, benefits, leave management, training and development etc
- When necessary, facilitates recruitment process, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to t he appropriate stakeholders
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (at countries where DUG's maintain its international offices, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include training elated to technical skills, safety, corporate governance etc
- Contribute to continuous improvement on HR business process & document management processes and ensure HR's full compliance with ISO requirements
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects and related duties as assigned
- Comply with the Company's HSE regulations and policies
