DUG is offering a unique and interesting role that will allow the candidate to build on and develop new skills within an exciting and fast-growing business, with the opportunity to directly contribute to the businesses success.

List of Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR processes/programs including but not limited to administration of staff movements (relocation/resignation/termination of service), compensation, benefits, leave management; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and
    engagement; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Assist on background checks and employee eligibility verification through 3rd party service provider, and ensure completeness of check results.
  • Assist to facilitate onboarding of new hires.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist to tracks and document mandatory and non-mandatory training, continued education and work assessments. This may include training related to technical skills,
    safety, corporate governance, etc..
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR business process and document management processes, and ensure HR’s full compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams.
