List of Responsibilities:
To assist in recruitment administrative duties:
- To update recruitment SOPs from time to time, and communicate changes across the relevant parties
- To prepare letter of offer
- To maintain and update recruitment related trackers
- To use canned responses to send out generic messages through the selection process
- To maintain recruitment folder and supporting documentation for recruitment related activities
- To keep track and record monthly recruitment costs
- To send reference check request email
- To put up job advertisements on internal and external job portals/social media; and follow up with recruiters on the renewal of job postings or job portal subscriptions
- To assist with interview and trial arrangements
- To liaise with universities for any graduate recruitment/campus visit
- To be the single point of contact to liaise with our Applicant Tracking System's support tea for all system updates, issues, or new features roll-out
- To generate and compile weekly/monthly recruitment reports from ATS
- To work closely with the team to improve recruitment processes to be more efficient and effective
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and related duties as and when required
- Comply with the Company's HSE regulations and policies
