DUG is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract. This role will be responsible for managing exciting IT & Software Development hiring initiatives across DUG’s global offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT & Software Development roles across multiple regions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical and panel interviews
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting for IT and Software Development roles
- Strong understanding of technical skillsets and hiring market trends
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across different locations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a global or multi-office environment is an advantage
