Recruitment Specialist (6–12 Months Fixed-Term Contract)

DUG is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract. This role will be responsible for managing exciting IT & Software Development hiring initiatives across DUG’s global offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT & Software Development roles across multiple regions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical and panel interviews
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:
  • Proven experience recruiting for IT and Software Development roles
  • Strong understanding of technical skillsets and hiring market trends
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies across different locations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a global or multi-office environment is an advantage
